Iced Tea Decoction
Ingredients
1-4 tea Bags.
2-3 cups of hot water
3- 1 ½ tea spoon so sweet (stevia spoonable) sweetener.
4- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
Methed
1- First, in a large jug take 4 tea bags and pour 3 cups of hot water.
2- Keep the decoction chilled to make iced tea.
3- Mix well making sure the sweetener dissolves completely.
4- Now add 1 ½ Tea spoon (stevia -powder) sweetener and 3 tbsp. lemon juice.
5- Rest for 5 minutes to brew well.
